I have been painting in pastels for over eight years.

My degree in biology with a visual arts minor has prepared me to paint the natural world. While I focused on flower paintings for many years, I was inspired to start paint dogs after my husband and I rescued our mini schnauzer, Riesling.

I love to paint all breeds of dogs, but I have a soft spot for terriers!
